Exchange/Returns/Refunds
If in the unlucky event that the item that you receive has a fault as a result of the craftsmanship, please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange one of the following: repair of the item, exchange or refund. The item will need to be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, before the refund is released.
Refunds will not include postage charges
Jewellery items are available for return/refund, however, this excludes Rings and any Custom designs.
I am more than happy to also exchange if by chance that you have ordered the wrong size by mistake. Please contact me via email to quickly resurrect the sizing and allow me to get the new correct one out to you sooner.
Workshop Cancellations
Should you no longer be able to attend your chosen workshop, please let me know as soon as possible via email. There are options of transferring to another available workshop throughout the year, or to a friend/family member. There is also the opportunity to exchange it to any available Jewellery products on the website.
A refund can be offered if the purchase is 30 days or more, outside of the workshop date. Due to the booking/hiring of the venue, however, there will be a $25 fee charged.
